What a gig that must have been..holy fuck...well,at least here we have audio recording of it..enjoy!! btw-picture above has nothing to do with this gig,its from a gig in trinity hall 83,not this one..but I felt it is nice enough to make this post even more PUNK..

I was at this gig: it was at the Union Rowing Club (Nottingham) and featured Subhumans, Amebix, Chaos UK, Disorder, Antisect and Napalm Death - all for £1.50...It was put on by Dig (later of Earache records) and Dayve (singer of Verbal Warning)...
There was a time when Disorder, Chaos UK and Amebix played together a lot, probably because they lived either with or next to each other in squats, sharing probably one set of equipment, having a good time and getting very,very drunk together. Clearly what the world needs right now are more glue sniffing punk bands!
Alas, the bands mentioned above were best at what they did, and the last to do it like they meant it.
